FAQs
Have questions about OMNI, our team, or what to expect when you walk through the door? We've got answers.
OMNI is led by Dr. Jon Bailey and Dr. Stephen Mayo, two licensed physical therapists with Doctorates in Physical Therapy and certifications in dry needling. Jon also holds the OCS designation (Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist), a post-residency credential earned by fewer than 10% of PTs. Both are athletes themselves, so they understand what it means to have a training goal and what it actually costs when pain gets in the way.
Not at all. While we work with a lot of runners, CrossFitters, and sport-specific athletes, we also serve anyone who stays active and wants to keep doing it whether that's hitting the gym, playing golf, hiking, or simply moving and feeling better as they get older. If staying active matters to you, you're in the right place.
OMNI is a cash-based practice. We do not bill insurance or work with insurance companies. This means no prior authorizations, no limits on visit frequency, and no third party between you and your provider. You get the care you need, when you need it without someone else deciding that for you. Reach out to us directly with any questions about payment. We accept FSA/HSA.
It means every session from your first evaluation to your last is spent entirely with your physical therapist. No aides, no handoffs, no shared sessions. Your PT knows your goals, tracks your progress, and adjusts your plan in real time. Every visit counts.
The first step is a free discovery call a short conversation where you tell us about your pain, your goals, and what's been getting in the way. From there, we'll schedule your in-person evaluation and map out a clear plan built around your life and your sport.
