Physical Therapy & Return to sport programming

Our Mission
At Omni Sport Performance, we aim to provide the highest quality physical therapy and training services to a range of clients with varying goals through an innovative blend of one-on-one in-person & remote coaching to help our clients reach and exceed their fitness or athletic goals.

What Makes Us Different
Omni Sport Performance is based around one-on-one in-person & remote coaching, and we excel at it. If you need help with exercise programming, or recovering from pain and injury, you are in the right place. We have the expertise, experience, and grounding in evidence-based practice to help you achieve your goals.
We are an Out-of-Network Provider, which means that we work for our clients, not insurance companies. This ensures that we have your best interests in mind and allows us to work with each client 1-on-1 without distractions. This also means we can provide remote access throughout your plan of care to provide you the support you need, even outside of the clinic.

Evaluation & Movement Prescription
Each Initial visit will start with a thorough 60 minute evaluation to understand your current symptoms, problems and fitness or athletic goals. The evaluation is designed for your physical therapist to evaluate, and understand your current limitations to develop a plan to meet your specific goals and to get you back to optimal performance.

One-on-One Physical Therapy
We offer in-person, hybrid and fully online services to help you conquer your injuries so that you can get back to smashing PRs.

Online Fitness CoachingHave a busy schedule, and little time to workout, or are you confused on where to start? We offer general fitness training with flexible scheduling to accommodate you and your fitness goals

Dry Needling Services
When appropriate, dry needling may be used to increase blood flow to an irritated tissue to help reduce soreness, tightness, and alleviate pain.
